To experience the softness in texture and the moderate sweetness, it is recommended not to chill the sake excessively but instead enjoy the variation in temperature.

The first release of Reiwa 5, "Kudokijozu Jr. Karakuchi 48," is a new flavor in the 6th generation Imai Toshinori's "Kudokijozu Jr." series. As the first sake to be released in the new year, it embodies the ideal balance of sake koji, steamed rice, water, and yeast, as well as the tangible manifestation of subtle differences in one's taste buds.

It is a dry sake made from rice milled to 48%, using the rice variety Dewanosato from Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture, along with M310 and Ogawa yeast.
