This sake presents a refreshing foam, accompanied by a crisp, green apple-like aroma and a sweetness reminiscent of lychee. The subtle bitterness of the yuzu adds a highlight, making it suitable for pairing with various types of cuisine.

Koueigiku Brewery, located in Saga Prefecture's Kashima City, has a history of 150 years. After closing in 2006, it reopened under new management in 2019. In August of that year, it was hit by a severe flood disaster, but it overcame the difficulties and reopened again. The brand "Koueigiku ", which was previously loved by locals, was re-released in December and quickly sold out, becoming a highly sought-after brewery.

This sake uses Oyamanishiki rice as its raw material, presenting a low-alcohol content style of nama sake.
