Description


It has a youthful appearance with a yellowish-green color. The candid aroma floats up like perfume, and with each moment, the expression becomes a dense fragrance. Along with the bitterness of vegetables like licorice, mountain vegetables, and walnuts, unique accents of long pepper and almond emerge. Additionally, amidst tropical fruits like pear, apple, and mango, you can find the powerful fragrance of orchids. The gentle stickiness and light mineral texture give it a refined vitality. The palate is moist, but the gradually seeping acidity from the middle of the mouth enhances its presence. The subtle bitterness that appears in the latter part of the mouth creates harmony with the sweetness at the center, leaving an indelible spherical image and a floral scent like perfume.

This Daiginjo sake, rich in aroma, is brewed tirelessly by the sake brewer. It is named after the auspicious No. 88 jar, where the brewed original sake is stored. It is a limited edition released in November.
