This is a Junmai Daiginjo sake made from the newly developed sake rice "Sakahomare" in Fukui Prefecture. Various flavors such as acidity, sweetness, and bitterness intertwine with each other, presenting a balanced palate that is both complex and refreshing, making it very easy to enjoy.

This sake is a collaborative effort between Kokuryu Sake Brewing Corporation and Mr. Hirohiko Araki, the author of "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure." The inspiration for this collaboration arose at the appreciation banquet of the "Hirohiko Araki Exhibition JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Ripples of Adventure" held in 2018. The occasion was marked by the introduction of Kokuryu's sake with an original label, leading to the creation of Kokuryu Sake with a label featuring a black dragon drawn by Mr. Araki himself.
