This auspicious seasonal Junmai Daiginjo is the first pressing of the year. Immediately bottled after pressing and completed through overnight work, it is a sake that truly symbolizes “being born at dawn.” On the morning of November 7, 2025, our staff visited the brewery and brought back this newborn sake at the break of day. Enjoy its pure, vibrant, freshly born flavor to the fullest.
