Description


This sake has a unique and rich flavor thanks to the "yamahai" brewing method. Its taste is delicate and noble, with a sweet scent similar to bananas and a fresh cream flavor that spreads in the mouth. The refreshing acidity makes the mouthfeel even more refreshing.

"Tsurunosato" is a special sake that was awarded the Grand Prize at the inaugural Japan Sake Division of the International Wine Challenge (IWC), one of the world's largest wine competitions, in 2007. It is brewed using a special fermentation tank made by Kikuhime and is fermented at a temperature similar to that of premium ginjo sake.

It is released every October with a label color that changes every year. Currently, the 2020 label is red. It is recommended to try comparing sakes from three different labels as they are also delicious when aged.
