The fresh acidity and pure sweetness spread throughout the mouth, accompanied by the soft and faint fruity aroma unique to Kinuhikari rice. The sake possesses a deep and mellow mouthfeel, and the sweetness beautifully blends with the characteristic subtle bubbles of Kaze no Mori .

Kaze no Mori Kinuhikari was unfortunately discontinued in 2017. Through collaboration with a different team at that time, we now present a sake made from Kinuhikari rice, collected in a non-pressurized state, and bottled with the naturally dripped portion. This allows people to better experience the aroma and texture of the sake. "Manakadori" refers to the process where only 15% of the total volume is collected from the dripped portion under no pressure, providing a unique and distinct profile.
