It has been 16 years since the beloved "Kaze no Mori Omachi Junmai Daiginjo Shibori Hana" was discontinued. With the anticipation of many fans of Kaze no Mori, the current brewmaster and technical team have taken on the challenge of brewing with a brand-new approach, creating this ultra-limited reissue available only this time. This special sake employs the luxurious "Shin-nakatori" method, which involves collecting only the sake that drips from the press without applying pressure. Due to its extremely limited quantity, early purchase is recommended.
