From Kankiku Meijo, the highly acclaimed brewery in Chiba Prefecture, comes the new limited-edition Denshogiku 39 -Luminous Emblem- Junmai Daiginjo Sparkling. Created as a new chapter in the story of Denshogiku, the popular seasonal label released each autumn, this special once-a-year expression combines the distinctive world of Denshogiku with the premium specifications of the 39 -Special Thanks- concept. Built around the theme of "a radiant emblem illuminating the humid twilight of early summer," it possesses a dazzling and unmistakably unique presence. The sake is brewed using Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, meticulously polished to 39%—a number symbolizing gratitude and "thank you." Through carefully controlled secondary fermentation, naturally generated carbonation is fully integrated into the sake, creating fine, elegant, and vividly lively bubbles.
