The sake naturally contains a trace of fermentation bubbles, so it is recommended to use a clear glass to appreciate the lively bubbles while enjoying the refreshing taste of this special limited edition sake.

This sake is brewed using a method different from unfiltered namagenshu, selecting the premium sake rice "Omachi," polished to 39%. Only the highest quality "Nakadori" portion is taken, and it undergoes one time heating before bottling. At the end of this year, the brewery is thoughtfully brewing with the intention of "gratitude" (Thank you = 39) and hopes to convey this sense of appreciation and love to all customers who have supported them throughout the year.

The sake comes with a special gift box and an exclusive tote bag, making it an excellent gift for important people or as a gesture of gratitude. May your year-end and New Year be filled with appreciation and love.
