"Kamonishiki" is a rice variety specifically developed and cultivated in Niigata Prefecture for brewing Daiginjo sake, making it the perfect rice for Kamonishiki Sake Brewery. The Fuda Sake series is known for its unique flavors, offering both intricate elegance and a light, refined mouthfeel, with an elegantly comfortable lingering finish. Enjoy the pleasure brought by Niigata's dedication and fresh taste.

The limited edition "Fuda Sake" brewed by the young brewer Yuichi Tanaka from Kamonishiki Brewery. This 15% original sake made from the Yamada Nishiki rice uses the "Kamonishiki" rice variety, designated for Daiginjo sake brewing, and is a limited sake released once or twice a year.

"Kamonishiki" is a rice variety developed and bred specifically for brewing Daiginjo sake in Niigata Prefecture.
