It is said that the Asahi variety can be traced back to the Taisho era to the early Showa period, at which point it began to be cultivated in Kame-no-Ohmi-mai in eastern Japan and in vast regions in the west. In Okayama prefecture, it has always been maintained as an incomparable variety without hybridization, achieved only through selection with shortened stalks for cultivation.

This new product, "Kamonishiki Nifudazake Junmai Daiginjo Bizen Asahi Tanrei Fresh," lives up to its name, with a light and refreshing flavor that rivals the Kamonishiki and Kohatsuzake brand "Getsuhaku." This sake is perfectly suited for summertime freshness.
