This sake presents a delightful and sweet fruity flavor, reminiscent of both green apple and pineapple. It strikes a perfect balance, neither too sour nor too astringent, with a slight effervescence and a rich taste that provides a strong sensory experience. The aftertaste reveals floral notes, fleeting yet memorable.

This is the third time this season that the rare sake rice "Aiyama" has been used for brewing. Only the most stable and reliable part of the sake, known as "Nakadori," was selected. This sake is taken from the middle part of the well-pressed and settled sake, preserving its clarity with a small amount of sediment to enhance its flavor.

Due to its extremely limited production, it will be sold out quickly.
