"BRILLIANCE" is brewed using the native sake rice of Yamagata Prefecture, Dewasansan. The series focuses on freshness and flavor extraction, but in "BRILLIANCE," we pursue unique tastes such as high quality, high refinement, and aging.

"Dewasansan" is a native sake rice born in Yamagata Prefecture and was crossbred from the "Miyama Nishiki" and "Kohyakumai" varieties. Understanding how to express this characteristic and how Kamonishiki brewery interprets it is very intriguing. Please enjoy the distinct and splendid aroma of this sake.
