Kamokinshu has been producing low-alcohol sake since early on in the industry. This sake is not only recommended by our staff but is also a favorite among customers who frequently repurchase it. Some might worry that a 13% alcohol content might be "bland" or "unsatisfying," but there's no need to worry at all.

We used our best brewing rice, combining Omachi and Hattan Nishiki, two excellent sake rice varieties. Technically speaking, making a 13% original sake is quite challenging, but every year we manage to produce stunning sake with the highest level of skill nationwide.
