This sake is brewed using Kinmon Nishiki rice cultivated under contract with reduced pesticide usage in Gorobei Shinden, a renowned rice-growing district in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture, where Tsuchiya Shuzoten is located. The release embodies the brewery's long-standing philosophy and dedication as one of the pioneering sake breweries in Nagano to commercialize Ginjo-style sake. At the same time, it expresses the brewery's confidence in and expectations for the future potential of Kinmon Nishiki, a rice variety highly valued for its ability to produce sake of remarkable refinement and character.
