The pleasant and moderately fragrant aroma of this Junmai Ginjo sake brings delight. It has a smooth and gentle mouthfeel with subtle sweetness, slight acidity, and a hint of bitterness, leaving a lingering aftertaste. It pairs well with light seafood dishes.

Kiyoto Shuzojo Co., Ltd. was established in the 39th year of the Meiji era. It was founded by Kiyoto Keisuke, who belonged to the cavalry unit during the Russo-Japanese War, and the brewery was named "Kachikoma" to commemorate the victory in the war.

The label on the bottle is designed by the artist Mitsuo Ikeda. We hope you'll enjoy it!
