It is brewed using the "Shichisui Niju-Kan" method, where "Niju-Kan" refers to 20 "Kan," with each "Kan" being 75 kilograms. "Shichisui Niju-Kan" is an incredibly rare sake that can only be extracted from 7 drops of sake from 75 kilograms of rice.
