Description


This Junmai Daiginjo sake has a delightful aroma of peaches and green apples. Upon tasting, it evokes the image of green mangoes with a hint of fruity sweetness gently spreading on the palate. Despite being wrapped in a milky white veil, it possesses transparency and a good sense of expansiveness in its texture.

It is made using the original sake rice "Hakutsuru Nishiki" developed by Hakutsuru Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. "Hakutsuru Nishiki" is a crossbreed between the mother "Yamada Nishiki" and the father "Watari," meticulously selected and cultivated as premium rice every year. Born in 2007, it is the sibling variety of "Yamada Nishiki."
