The characteristic of sake rice lies in its rice core, which gives this shochu a fruitiness similar to Ginjo sake. Like Ginjo sake, it is also produced through slow fermentation at low temperatures, resulting in a rich and crisp aftertaste. This shochu is produced exclusively by Takagi Shuzo Inc. and allows you to experience the original flavor and elegance of the rice brought about by long-term aging.

"Juyondai Hizouotsu Shochu (25%)" is a rice shochu produced by Takagi Shuzo Inc., the same brewery renowned for its premium sake, Juyondai. The brewing water comes from a cherry tree that springs up at the brewery, and the rice used comes from local specialty rice, as well as sake rice such as Yamada Nishiki, suitable for brewing.
