Description

The aroma of Jikon Jummai Ginjo Sake Mirai Muroka Nama Genshu sake seems to have a sweet banana scent, and as it enters the mouth, the rich flavor of the rice and the gentle sweetness are showcased. The slight fizz stimulates the tip of the tongue. Then, the slight lactic and fruity acidity slowly emerges, followed by a clean and delicious bitterness gradually spreading. It is truly delicious.

The rich aroma of sweet alcohol spreads in the nose, and the ultimate delicious aftertaste arrives quietly. It dissolves in your mouth, leaving behind beautiful memories.

The label has a dark gray background color, with the brand name printed in silver in the center, and the specific name on the right, with pronunciation written in hiragana below it. The left side indicates the brewery. The shoulder label shows that the rice used is Sake Mirai and Muroka Nama Genshu, which is its specialty.

The Sake Mirai rice used for brewing is a crossbreed of Yamada Nishiki, used as the paternal line, and Yama-Sake No.4, used as the maternal line, developed by Tatsugoro Takagi, the president of the fourteenth generation of the Takagi Brewery. Yama-Sake No.4 is a crossbreed of Yamada Nishiki and Kogane-Momiji, which can be said to be a conversion of the maternal and paternal lines in the lineage.
