This is a limited-edition Junmai Ginjo sake made by exchanging sake rice between "Tawashi" Brewery and "Izumibashi" Brewery. Tawashi Brewery, known for its "Tawashi" brand, provided "Kojonishiki" rice from Aomori Prefecture to be exchanged with Izumibashi Brewery's rice, resulting in this collaborative brew. Therefore, the label features a mysterious figure wearing a black suit, but with an apple face (representing Aomori Prefecture's famous Aomori apples).
