This sake is produced from rice paddies in the special A region of Tojo, designated as a high-grade rice release. It boasts a gentle and stable aroma, with a sweet taste on the palate, followed by a lingering aftertaste with a slight hint of acidity.

In the story of Japanese Sake Terroir, in the classification system of French wines, the origin of the top-grade rice corresponds to the Special A region. In this Special A region, the rice paddies are also designated and named accordingly, such as the Yamada Nishiki rice produced in Akitsu. This sake is limited to release in July.
