Description

The flavor of this sake is one that I believe any modern sake enthusiast would enjoy! It has a rich and profound taste of exquisite rice, and despite exhibiting the unique refinement of a Junmai Daiginjo in its later stages, it is smooth and full-bodied to drink. Unlike other Junmai Daiginjo sakes that prioritize techniques, this sake truly prioritizes deliciousness above all else.

It is the result of a collaborative effort between farmers and the brewery "Akita Fukurokuju Shuzo" in Itsuki Town, Akita Prefecture, resulting in the highest quality sake that combines the local terroir, known as "Ippakusuisei Premium."

This year, the finest rice was selected from local farmers, polished to the level of 45% Junmai Daiginjo, and brewed by local tojis (brewmasters) using local well water.

Not only is it "PREMIUM" in terms of quality, but its visual presentation is also stunning. The label, bottle, and packaging are all stylish, epitomizing the noble atmosphere of a top-tier product. The packaging box reads "Shinjitsu Ichiro" (The True Path). It says "Ishin Kyu Shinjitsu," Ippakusuisei Premium Junmai Daiginjo, the local sake of Akita, Ippakusuisei.
