In this release, due to the project’s preference for more acidic styles, a higher proportion of white koji is used, resulting in a more pronounced acidity. Upon entry, a vivid and refreshing acidity is immediately apparent, followed by a gentle sweetness of rice that softly unfolds, and finishing with a clean, crisp note of hops in the throat. The overall profile carries a distinctly “green” fruit impression, combining a mint-like coolness with nuances of green apple, grapefruit, lemon, and even a subtle hint reminiscent of shiso, creating an unprecedented and highly distinctive flavor. It is a striking and conversation-worthy release with strong appeal.

Hanakaze × United Arrows brings a completely new flavor experience. The addictive acidity, combined with hop aromas, delivers a refreshing and slightly green sensation reminiscent of green apple and mint. This is the second collaborative release between “Ine to Agave” and United Arrows. Based on a RICE & HOP hybrid style (hop-infused sake), it skillfully integrates craft beer-like aromas into sake, resulting in a rare and unique expression.
