Kobayashi Shuzo successfully secured the water source of Nikko and spent 4 years to commercialize and launch the pure version of "HououBiden Nikko". This is Kobayashi Shuzo's years-long dream to showcase the charm of Nikko and create a product that highlights the world heritage site's water source. It uses the Tochigi sake rice "Yume Sasara", which was nurtured in the magnificent natural environment and ultra-soft water of Nikko. Brewed with natural spring water and using the traditional method of "nama-moto", it is a superb premium sake.

The natural environment, farming, and brewing of Nikko come together to offer you a pure and fresh Junmai Ginjo sake, produced in the unique terroir of Nikko's stringent yet abundant conditions.
