This sake is brewed using pesticide-free Miyama Nishiki rice grown by Mr. Gotsu from the Misuzu farm in Oga Village. It has a refreshing taste with a fresh and complex profile while reducing the sweetness.

This is a new series of Yamahai Junmai made from carefully selected sake rice grown by contracted farmers with the desire for drinkers to enjoy every drop of Japanese sake until the last drop.

For years, we have entrusted Misuzu farm to produce pesticide-free Miyama Nishiki rice. Although the cultivation is very time-consuming, the flavor of this rice is condensed into this sake.
