With the philosophy of "highlighting the cuisine and creating a pure rice daiginjo that doesn't tire the palate," this sake has a slightly reserved fragrance with transparency, offering a fresh mouthfeel.

"Hiten Shirogane" is a new brand created by Mr. Saito Masaaki, the 27th generation toji (master brewer) of Hiraizumi Sake Brewery. It is a challenge to produce a sake that pursues "new flavors" and aims to convey the essence of sake to the next generation.

"Shirogane," developed by the 27th generation toji Hiraizumi, is brewed using the unique yeast "BL531" and the "Akita Sake Komachi" rice grown in Nishime City, Akita Prefecture. It is a sake infused with the flavors of the local region.
