Description
It shows a gentle sense of maturity with soft sweetness, and is best enjoyed at a temperature slightly closer to room temperature. While the fresh, vibrant character of new sake has its own appeal, this bottle truly shines as the weather turns cooler. With time in the glass, the flavors gradually reveal a rounded depth and richness, allowing for a calm, refined, and unhurried drinking experience. It pairs particularly well with hot pot dishes or meat-based cuisine.

This sake was brewed in the Reiwa 5 brewing year and is a limited Junmai Ginjo that has been bottle-aged under low-temperature storage. The rice used, Improved Shinko, was once widely cultivated but has become quite rare today due to the difficulty of growing it. Brewed as a Junmai Ginjo using Improved Shinko and Kumamoto yeast, this sake was aged for approximately one and a half years in cold bottle storage at the brewery before release, making it a truly limited offering.
