This "Haneya Daiginjo Fukurotsuri Tobindori" uses the underground stream water from Mount Tate, one of Japan's Three Holy Mountains, as its brewing water. It adheres to traditional brewing methods, undergoing a lengthy cold fermentation and aging process during the deep winter season. It is a completely handmade Japanese sake.

"Fukurotsuri Tobindori" is a method of extracting sake. Through this method, the natural gravity allows the sake to drip from the sake bag containing the mash, stored in the bottle, and is managed and stored at low temperatures (-2 degrees Celsius).
