This sake captivates with its unique character and refreshing sweet taste, crafted by a select group of dedicated brewers as an artistic masterpiece of Japanese sake, truly representing the ultimate in daiginjo.

This is a junmai daiginjo "shizuku-shu" made from Yamada Nishiki rice sourced from Hyogo Prefecture, polished to 40%. This sake is produced in limited quantities as an unfiltered namazake, showcasing a true labor of love.

During the pressing of the sake lees (moto), no artificial pressure is applied at all; instead, the "shizuku-shu" is carefully collected from the sake bags as it naturally drips. This method imparts an elegant aroma to the sake, and in its refreshing taste, there is a soft sweetness.

※ This "Shizuku-shu (Chukuri) Namagen" is a rare masterpiece from the Hanayuki series and is classified as a super limited edition.
