Kijoshu is a type of rich and sweet sake brewed using sake instead of water. The version in the photo has been aged for over 8 years, resulting in a uniquely flavored sake. The palate is described as similar to sherry, Madeira, and premium Shaoxing wine. "Hanahato Kijoshu 8 Years Aged" has gained favor among sake enthusiasts worldwide and is particularly popular among women.
