This summer limited unfiltered nama genshu sake exudes a luxurious aroma reminiscent of pineapple, with rich fruitiness and acidity in the palate, showcasing the distinctive rich and mellow sweetness of Hanakagura, offering a lavish experience for the summer.

Introducing the ultra-limited summer edition "Jikagumi" version of unfiltered nama genshu! This summer limited sake uses different types of sake rice and is released in extremely small quantities in its "Jikagumi" version.

The new sake is pressed during the winter brewing season and is immediately sealed in bottles directly at the press house. In the months leading up to its release, this sake is stored in bottles at sub-zero temperatures (-5°C), allowing its flavors to balance while retaining a small amount of gas, resulting in a fresh unfiltered nama genshu. This sake uses "Hattan Nishiki," a sake rice suitable for brewing, polished to a 40% degree, and is the "Jikagumi" version of the new series "THE PREMIUM."
