This sake has a subtle pineapple aroma, with a refreshing and smooth taste accompanied by a slightly sweet and sour fruit flavor unique to Hanaabi. There is a spicy and refreshing aftertaste that gives a rich mouthfeel.

During the brewing process, when the extracted sake is bottled directly, there may be a small amount of sediment present, which contributes to a fresh taste in the drink.

Hanaabi's new series "THE PREMIUM" is made by polishing famous Miyama Nishiki rice to 40% and using Nanyo Shuzo's unique brewing process.

"Origarami" is a sediment-containing sake that remains on the rice after pressing and fermentation. Its characteristic is a rich mouthfeel and a slight carbonation.
