Upon the first sip, this sake has an elegant sweetness typical of Yamada Nishiki rice, presenting an ultimate fresh taste.

A flavor similar to sweet summer fruits is released in a heightened emotional state, filling your mind and body with joy!

This sake is made with Sake Musashi, the first type of rice used in Saitama Prefecture. The rice was created through 12 years of irrigating improvement, utilizing the Yamada Nishiki rice and the hybridization of eight backward-flowing streams and morning dew irrigation. Sake Musashi belongs to one of the "more difficult" rice varieties to handle in sake rice.

"Origarami" is sediment sake remaining on the pressed fermented rice. It is characterized by a rich mouthfeel and a slight effervescence.
