In the Hanaabi series, this sake has a delicate and elegant aroma, subtly hinting at a pineapple flavor. The entry is smooth yet rich and full-bodied. The sweetness starts from mild and gradually intensifies. The acidity in this sake is relatively milder compared to other Hanaabi varieties.

This is the first time that Nanyo Jozo has used the "Ginpu" sake rice cultivated in Hokkaido, creating a Junmai Daiginjo sake using a unique brewing process.
