This sake's aroma evokes thoughts of sweet melon and bananas, with a crisp aftertaste and a refreshing citrusy acidity. It pairs well with delicious food when served chilled, offering a refreshing taste.

Made from the specially polished 60% Yamada Nishiki rice produced in Hyogo Prefecture, this is a special junmai sake brewed using flat rice milling. It can withstand temperature changes and can be enjoyed heated up to 70°C or higher without altering its flavor, or it can be served chilled.
