Tasted without knowing the polishing data, it could easily be mistaken for a higher-polished Junmai Ginjo, showcasing an exceptionally high level of completion. Regardless of polishing rate, it delivers flavors that transcend the numbers, demonstrating Gasanryu’s consistently glamorous brewing style and impressive craftsmanship.
