This sake has a typical EikoFuji glamorous and fruity aroma, along with the unique soft texture and delicious flavor of rice. The Yamagata yeast used in brewing produces a small amount of acid, resulting in a refreshing and crisp taste like a shooting star in summer!

"Shooting Star" is the second sake in EikoFuji's summer sake series following "Seven Stars". It is a limited edition Junmai Ginjo unpasteurized raw sake made from the representative rice of Yamagata prefecture, "Haenuki".
