Just like its label, it has a refreshing mouthfeel with a cool and transparent impression, making it a perfect sake to pair with food during the upcoming hot summer season!

"Seitenkoro" is a popular sake made using the "Suisei" rice variety from Hokkaido. Nowadays, breweries all over Japan are using this rice variety to make sake! It has a mild and pure flavor compared to "Ginpu" or "Kitashizuku". Additionally, the brewery uses a newly developed "YK009" yeast strain for ginjo sake which has a balanced aroma and acidity, making it perfect for food pairing.
