This sake is full of the sweetness and deliciousness of rice, with a rich lingering aftertaste after consumption.

"Aiyama" inherits the lineage of "Yamada Nishiki" and "Omachi." Its rice grains are large and have a high amount of shinpaku (starch at the center of the rice), but its cultivation process is very challenging, earning it the nickname "phantom sake rice." At Dewazakura Sake Brewery, although the annual production volume is only one barrel, this sake is meticulously crafted.
