The result is a refreshing and beautifully balanced drinking experience. As expected from Choyo Fukumusume’s Jikagumi releases, this sake delivers remarkable quality and character. After opening, the crystal-clear umami gradually expands with time, developing into an even rounder, more expressive, and increasingly layered flavor profile.

This is the second release in the brewery’s labor-intensive Jikagumi direct-bottling series, this time presented in a “Karakuchi” dry style. Despite its dry designation, it retains the signature juiciness and exceptional balance associated with Choyo Fukumusume. Before the first sip, the aroma already offers a cooling, refreshing impression reminiscent of Japanese ramune soda.
