There are various ways to enjoy it. Personally, I suggest starting with chilled sake to experience its delicate sweetness. Then, you can try it slightly warmed as hot sake. This will create a tranquil and enjoyable mood.

Within the popular "Newspaper Series" at Chouchin Sake Brewery, this is one of the beloved seasonal limited sakes. Using Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, polished to 55%, the original sake settles in the tank, and the clear liquid is carefully bottled as unfiltered, raw sake, with a slight blend of a small amount of original sake (creating a faint cloudiness), making it an exceptionally easy-to-drink sake.
