When consumed, compared to being overly chilled, it is best enjoyed slightly cool or at room temperature to fully appreciate its deliciousness.

This is a luxurious daiginjo sake brewed by Jokigen using Yamada Nishiki rice, showcasing beautiful three-dimensional aromas and an exceptional taste.

The method of "Kakebukuro Drip Sake" involves suspending the fermented sake lees in a bag, allowing droplets of sake to fall, employing a traditional extraction technique.

This sake was introduced to the market early on, requested from the brewery before Jokigen had officially released named sake. It was once selected as an in-flight sake by Japan Airlines (JAL) for international flights.
