Description

The "Born Tsuya Junmai Daiginjo" offers an elegant and rich sugary sweetness on the palate, while any bitterness and unwanted flavors vanish as soon as it touches the tongue. It has a clear and transparent taste with a satisfying matured flavor. "Born" is known for producing sake with low polishing rates, and this contributes to its graceful and impressive character.

"Tsuya" is like a gentle and highly aromatic sake, resembling a pure Japanese woman. Its concept revolves around "capturing the colors of the seasons." In autumn, it becomes an autumn sake, and in winter, it becomes a winter sake, reflecting the colors of the seasons. The artistic font of "Tsuya" is handwritten by the brewery, and it is adorned with rainbow foil, shimmering with seven colors, not only representing the color of the sake but also the colors of life. The name "Tsuya" embodies the desire to "become radiant" and was given with this wish in mind.

"Tsuya" undergoes maturation for over one year at temperatures below 5°C. Due to its extended aging at low temperatures, it possesses a soft and gentle character, exuding a composed ginjo aroma that is exceptionally elegant.

It has been highly regarded and recommended as an exceptional sake, including by the Japanese book "オンナの日本酒 女性のハート" ("Women's Heart: Women's Japanese Sake"). It was also featured on the Tokyo Television show "ガイアの夜明け" ("Gaia's Dawn") on June 17, 2013, where "Born Tsuya Junmai Daiginjo" was introduced.
