This sake is a Junmai Daiginjo made from Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 50%. It is aged in a temperature-controlled storage at -5 degrees Celsius, resulting in a refreshing ginjo aroma, rounded taste, and elegant finish, offering an exceptional drinking experience.

Currently, "Born" sake is exported to more than 50 countries, representing high-quality options ranging from premium sake served to state guests to affordable daily drinking choices.
