This sake has fine and elegant taste characteristics, confirming that it is a meticulously crafted sake. Even if you don't know the taste of Japanese sake, you will definitely feel its deliciousness just by tasting "Dan."

It can be enjoyed cold, and at the same time conforms to the ancient drinking method where it can be heated, giving it an unprecedented and another level of hot drink experience. This is a "Tokushu" Junmai Daiginjo sake that has become a traditional drink for the end and beginning of the year.

"Dan" is the highest grade of Junmai Daiginjo sake that is carefully blended from sake that has been refrigerated at around -10°C for 1 to 2 years.

It is a Junmai Daiginjo sake with a super-high polishing rate of 20%. Currently, among all the products of the brewery, only "Chogin" is made from the highest polished rice. "Dan" has a polishing rate of 20%, which is highly exceptional and surpassing all other products!
