The aroma is stable, giving a subtle impression of bananas and apples. As it is brewed using the 'Ginjo' method, the aroma may diminish with aging. This excellent sake achieves a perfect balance between rich sweetness and extended flavors. The aftertaste is beautifully finished with moderate acidity and bitterness, but it is entirely smooth and mellow.

Employing both traditional and innovative techniques, this sake is a rich and aromatic masterpiece, crafted with low-temperature storage for a refreshing taste and a deep rice fragrance. It is a limited release, available from June to November.
