This sake offers a delightful combination of sweet and sour flavors, along with a fantastic refreshing soda-like taste. The initial juicy and sweet sensation suddenly disappears, leaving no aftertaste. This sequence of flavors is unique to sparkling sake and sets it apart from regular sake.

"Amaneko" is indeed one of the most distinctive sakes in the entire Aramasa collection. During its production, besides using regular sake-specific koji, it also incorporates koji that enhances the acidity. As a derivative product, there is an active turbid raw sake called "Amaneko Sparkling," which undergoes secondary fermentation inside the bottle.
