This sake has a fruity aroma that reminds one of white peaches and Japanese pears. The pleasant sweetness spreads in the mouth, while the astringency from the wooden barrel completes the aftertaste, which is sharp yet light.

The mild aroma and the sweet and sour taste on the palate make it a wonderful experience. This sake is perfect to pair with food.

Unlike before, the alcohol content of Aramasa Colors Ecru Kimoto Kiokejyouzou Junmai 2025 is 12%Vol.

Commonly known as "Seisei," it uses Akita-grown sake rice "Sake Komachi". Like Ruri, it is polished using a flat rice milling technique. The unique and refreshing taste of Sake Komachi reminds people of melting snow in cold regions. This entry-level sake is loved by many people.
